Vision Systems Programming
There are hundreds of solutions that a vision system can be used for to inspect a product or process. If properly configured, the system will work continuously and accurately to capture product defects. Humans fatigue or gap in the rudimentary rigorous tasks of capturing feature defects can put holes in your quality systems, but the camera can overcome this to permit that same staff to work on more complex issues. InnoDAQ uses 1st Vision cameras with labview hardware and software to build your inspection cell. Our key in developing a solution for you is to look at your product features, process, lighting, and defect charts to determine if a vision system will work for you. If you are looking at a process issue that includes dimensional measurement then we may add a laser to measure a special feature.

Software Integration / Data Acquisition
InnoDAQ creates embedded software for new products in automotive, commercial, or industrial devices. Other software applications include: data acquisition, process control and cyclic control using PLC or National Instrument Hardware. Software services include C++, LabView, Visual Basic (net) and Dreamweaver Programs can be developed by or reviewed by certified engineers. We specialize in RF communications and web-enabled devices.
